I think it's morally wrong even though I'm not really religious. I also think it should be legal though since women will just do it with coat hangers if it's illegal, I just don't think it should be praised or anything. I think it should be considered a nasty thing to do by society.
So if your free society can't protect fetus' from murder, how can you protect people from it?

So I've just started reading Democracy The God that Failed and right off the bat HHH claims that real wages had been stagnant since the 70s, a notorious leftist talking point that had been debunked a long, long time ago.
It makes me question the validity of his views Tbh. Proclaiming that aristocracy and monarchyare superior to our current order had always strick me as a little too masturbatory. If that was the case then the monarchies of the Persian gulf would've been free market heavens (which they're not, they are oil-wealthy, not capitalism-wealthy).

Private property vs public property. If all land is owned privately it's ancap, if it's not then it's not.
Let's say that some major private tribunals say that insurance companies aren't allowed to turn away people with preexisting conditions, but an equally sizable block of tribunals say that you indeed can do that. How do you untangle a situation like this without incapacitating the whole legislative system for that part?

Well in hoppean societies, private law societies, the owner of the land is the ultimate decision maker there. He makes the law, the legislative system just keeps it in check.
In the insurance companies the people would either customers would decide, nobody can enforce something not on their property.
TL;DR the free market will figure it out.
If one guy decided wrong, then a better enterprenuer will get his market share.
The transaction costs must be a bitch if you don't have almost country-sized swaths of property owned by a single entity.
Actually the average polish person today is way wealthier than he was back in the 70s, you can look it up yourself. And no, he doesn't back his claim of wage stagnation, which is truly odd, since it's a claim than not a single free market economist believes in.
Nothing really, but having a state wouldn't protect the fetus or kid either. The punishment sometimes has to come after, you can't prevent every wrong from happening.
