Pucci was strong as all fuck. And Jolyne's allies were plenty useful, Hermes and Weather in particular. The only one who provided nothing combat-wise was Emporio, and he made up for it by being able to use Weather Report when it mattered most.

part 6 cast IS useless though, they had very little understanding of the meta and lack luster footsies, zoning, and rushdown. they sucked

FACT: Part 6's crew would've shit on any other part's villains/main villain but had to deal with Pucci's MiH bullshit.

As for the others, DIO was only beaten by 's-sameu type of stando', Diavolo was only beaten by Gold Experience I Win, and Valentine was only beaten by the most powerful attack in the series. Jolyne and co could feasibly find a way to beat all of them but it'd probably require a lot of help, something like the arrow.
