Just catched The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya here on TV in my country .. and I'm wondering.. is there any more anime with this 'repeating the same day' theme? Not as good as The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya for sure.. but gimme some suggestions.

I love time travel anime .. and this theme is sort of time travel ..

I watched all 8 episodes the same night. It was kinda fun to notice all the differences. I had my favorite episodes among the 8 but I forgot which one.

It was a very interesting story-telling experience, but a completely dumb commercial move.

Pretty much all other timeloop stories show several loops. The novel chapter was pretty exceptional simply for not doing that.

best you can do (and something i actually sorta wanna do) is breaking each e8 ep into segments, stringing them together, then getting 8^(segment count) different EE eps.

Increases her cognitive ability

Avant garde regardless of your opinion on it personally and although it was a pain to watch, I will never bash a good faith attempt at true creativity. That being said, I think it worked well and is a must watch for the first time through.

i watched it during airing as did my friend and he quit around 3 or 4

i kept going and eventually the payoff felt good and emotionally it's a real relief for both you and the characters, you're finally glad 8 fucking essentially similar episodes are fucking over

tl;dr: it's kinda cheap and it was very annoying but the emotional payoff was good

that was like 20 years ago. get over it.

Marathoned all 8 episodes at once a few years ago. Can't remember anything about it really.
