What are you even going on about? The ellipses are still there even in the translation. And there are absolutely no ellipses present in the bubble where she orders yakisoba.

I'm all for not translating liberally, as long as you're doing so to try and properly get the spirit across because a literal translation doesn't get across the same nuance. But once again, that's not what's happening here. In fact, it even sends out a completely different nuance.

You can use extended ellipsis perfectly fine for English readers. Just adding an extra line of ellipsis would be perfectly understood by 99% of readers.
