shit OP gets ignored, skipped, and forgotten in face of a good anime
for insert songs it's more tied together; bad insert will tarnish a good anime and good insert can be dragged down by a bad anime.
EDs works mostly like OPs, but work a bit like inserts because they're usually faded in at the end of important episodes.
