Eh. Doubt it. These are all rather short scenes, especially if you think about it from an animation perspective. They're even more likely to be extended, I'd say.

I'm not saying that fights are bad, I'm just saying that they should wrap this arc up already. I want it to be just long enough to be fully adapted by the end of S2 of the anime, so the rest of the MA arc plays just like in the webcomic.

It's progressing smoothly, but there are clearly still a lot, one or two volumes worth of content at least before linking everything back to the Webcomic.
I'm mostly sure WDM will be Garou's last extra opponent, and the tournament have only three fights left.
But even then there will still need fights to beat Elder Centipede and monster king. There are lots of chances that we'll have extended content for the fights inside the MA HQ.
