So, I want to revisit Dragon Ball Z. Should I go with regular DBZ or KAI? Which is better and why?

read the manga
between the 2, TFS abridged
Unironically this
Just read the manga
>Kai: no filler, shorter recap of the series that hits the big arcs so you can get to the good stuff in Super
>DBZ: filler shit every where. isn't remastered and the animation is choppy at best - if you can even find a copy
>you can get to the good stuff in Super
ummm...
Kai. The only people who unironically think the original is better are nostalgia shitters.
Kai is 159 episodes.
Dragon Ball Z is 291.
The choice is clear.
Original.
Kai.
You can always watch specific HIHG QUALITY Z episodes without watching Z as a whole.
Like the Chichi-forces-Piccolo-and-Goku-to-learn-how-to-drive-cars episode.
>good stuff in Super
nani?
>so you can get to the good stuff in Super
ha
The manga, both anime are shit
Kai is more on point story vise, but it lacks the atmosphere of Z. Usually things like this:
Z ver:

fucked it up

Don't.
While Kai is good, the manga is vastly superior.
Original with japanese voices for that AESTHETIC feeling.
The song that plays in the original makes this scene, the music choice in this scene for KAI though is awful
Too bad kai's ost and va's are shit.
I'd love sound edited kai.
