Hey guys, I'm looking for this manga. I forgot its name but it involved a blonde or white haired male protagonist. He was in the Yakuza or like a small gang of gangsters. His love interest is the daughter of a major Yakuza boss with a dragon tattoo on her back which was first shown when some dudes tried to rape her. He has a scene with her where two dudes on a motorcycle tried to steal her purse and the girl and the protagonist chase after them. Something happens in between and he saves her from falling off the bridge but grabs her by the panties and she unintentionally flashes him.
