Denmark has to do things differently, Portugal and Ireland believe they don't actually have to do anything since they are on the periphery of Europe as far away from traditional front as possible, and Malta disagreed on a provision about no net casinos or tax havens for the troops.

Not here in Europe. We are very pro-AI and put quite some money in it. We believe putting AI into the 21st century military is a big step forward to protect European soldiers from harm on the battlefield.

They do not exist. We never had any. Not even in ww2. So if we never had any aircraft carriers ever, why have them now?
Our constitution says, our military is strictly for defense purposes only. Fighting in Afghanistan was actually a huge stretch for us constitutionally. We refused to invade Iraq with your and the US and refused to participate in the Libya bombings. So why would we need aircraft carriers to project power? We also have no overseas territories whatsoever.
So I hope you see that it makes absolutely no sense for us to operate aircraft carriers. For Syria, we just station our airplanes in Jordan (before we stationed them in Turkey, but then we got into a diplomatic fight with Erdogan over the 2016 coup).

Malta was British territory in both world wars.
Denmark was occupied in ww2 (but didn't really see much in terms of shit) and was neutral in ww1.
And finally, Ireland was part of the UK in ww1 until it started to wage a war of independence against the British Empire, then in ww2 it was neutral.
When a country like Poland or Hungary takes a hard stand and EU army invades, we're probably going to have to ship out and beat their pussy european asses again.
