Good for you.

大丈夫

>You could've become fluent in Japanese in the time it took for a new thread to be made

Who /優男/ here?

紳士です

死ね 死ね

皆に殺したい。 死ね 死ね。

I don't often ask for help when reading porn, but this one line is really confusing me. Anyone feel like helping me out? It's the 『ねぇ一回なんて』 part at the bottom of the page. exhentai.org/s/e81e53d69f/997822-296 I’m not sure what she’s saying, something about only doing it once? Not sure if it’s relating to the line in pic related.

>皆に殺したい。
どういう意味ですか

How many words do I need to know to understand say 95% of what's said in variety shows and shit?

私は君をずっと見ていた

私は・・ゲイ

post the image here because I can't be bothered logging in

so I was reading in japanese as usual when I came across this panel right here

can anyone tell me what it means

また誰かがSup Forumsをいじめているか...

...

What volume/page?
Can't really make it out.

Something about a nice boat. Have no idea what it could mean.

ねんまつは

てんてこが

まうよ

>H He Li Be

>1919年

sorry, that's all I can make out without a better quality image

なんて is just another form of なんか
guidetojapanese.org/blog/2005/10/02/like/

Not really

なにか→なんか
なんという→なんて

I know what なんてmeans, I said that I don't understand the bubble as a whole. It's the 言わずもっとしません that's getting me. 言わず is negative. The only guess I have is "Hey, I said only once right?" But the "I do it with Taniguchi every morning so it's no problem." doesn't match up with that.

>あ~んイクイク ベルサイユ条約
secret naughty gag

言わず ~ "without saying" not "didn't say."
So it's more like "Don't say just once, can't we do it more?"

Dekinai master thread:

Fuck off crossboarder.

...

Oh okay. I was thinking of it like 言わない. Maybe there are nuances to ず I'm not aware of. Thanks though, you helped out.

Oh wait, there's also the fact that 言わず isn't past tense. So I made a large error.

おはようおにいちゃん

so what are you even doing in japan, anyway?
teaching english? and where?

Anyone know what the Japanese line actually was supposed to be that got translated to "So who's second hand?" This has been bugging me for years.

> (OP)
>Kanji is by and large the hardest thing about having to read Japanese. I learned hundreds over the 4 years I took a Japanese class, and still doing something like reading a doujin is still impossible.

ehehe

This kind of testimonies make me feel like a genius kid.

which post are you quoting?

At least they're all more or less aligned with each other. The real villain of Japanese verbs is かける. Shit makes no fucking sense half of the time.

Not really, I have never seen the first 4 words before, so I gave it a shot.

Please enlighten me.

Just so you know, many of these fonts have erraneous pre-JIS-2004 characters. Including all the 教科書体 fonts except for FC Kyoka (F5 something in the filename, I think). Because of that, when I made my own font test thing, I had a whole array of "how does this font handle X, typically" stuff on display.

Sleep tight little Pupper. Thanks for everything.

is she dead?

This is too much for me to grasp.
In short, fonts without red or dots are complete?

I recognize that "口七" character from the list of 4 joyo kanji I couldn't render with a new font I've installed, so I figure this table of yours is pretty useful - I just have to study this more carefully (and preferably before the government alters something else...).

いもうとうさんあるばそんな必要はない

rip. Glad someone else on /djt/ knows her. I personally think shes on the same level, if not better, than tae kim.

i reckon he could take her

Isn't Maggie the dogo? She's probably talking about it.

you're right. literally the front page.

goddammit. /djt/ gave me the retard.

Im glad that more people are informed about her though. While were at it, i rec kotoba chan on the normphone. I use it instead of anki actually.

rip dogo

tl;dr:
Before 2004, JIS had premature simplifications.

Then, in 2004, they undid them.

In 2010, they added some of the affected characters to the Joyo set. The official forms for these joyo kanji are the non-simplified ones.

Fonts from before 2004 will display the affected joyo incorrectly.

There's some secret place you're all finding Japanese TV, right? It's not like, out of the thousands of hours of programming each month, only a fraction makes it online, and then it only lasts a month or two before it's taken down and forgotten forever, right?

Well, I'm watching some shitty doramas on viki.com with nihongo subtitles, but you know Japanese are very respectful to copyright laws, right?

>Japanese are very respectful to copyright laws
lol

I imagine you'd find it on Japanese P2P, which is what the moonlanders use for some reason.

I fucking suck grammar wise, please send help /djt/.

Anyone knows a site or book that has a few grammar exercises?

I mean I did read tae kim and I'm reading daily now, but I would still do some extra exercises to make it stick better.

Because uploaders don't get away with using anything else.

Can someone tell me if I overlooked something? Because this poem(?) sounds kinda weird. It's about a grill.

>ビスケットみたいに
>Like a biscuit

>この感情の名は-
>The name of this feeling is-

The last time someone said this shit, I wasted a bunch of time getting share and PD up and running, only to find literally nothing that wasn't on nyaa.

Watch raw anime. Read tweets. Read VNs and crappy manga.

I'm not joking.

If you want to explore the application of grammar try writing. There was some website that let you blogpost and have nips correct you in return for doing the same with their shitty English.

not the guy you're responding to but would love to know the website

tyvm

Yeah, sorry. I was referring to the dog in the first place.

>Read tweets

Don't do this. I'm warning you.

I nearly came when I saw this:
frathwiki.com/Urban_Basanawa#Example_sentences

That fucker perfectly captured the sort of process Japanese went through when they adapted Chinese and he created a dutch-english language written in Japanese script along similar principles.

Also I never realized before that キノコ literally means 木の子. I feel retarded now.

I think they're talking about the feeling, not the girl.

How good does text hooking work for emulators like PPSSPP?
There are quite a few VNs on the PSP.

This one should work am I right? mx-futhark.github.io/hook-any-text/

How about this one? does it work as well? sourceforge.net/projects/capture2text/

最近読んでいるエロゲーは?

Confusing as fuck, wish he had used a language I know to better feel it.
But I've read about creating "Chinese English" once in this pretty interesting article:
zompist.com/yingzi/yingzi.htm

All in all I think trying to adapt kana, specifically, was a bad idea, because it is not very well adapted to Dutch phonology.

I'll give it a more thorough analysis when I have the time, since this guy seems to have done his homework. Thanks for the link.

>nukige
>kyonyuu
Bad taste AND you can't learn Japanese, wow!

巨乳なんて正直どうでもいいけど、どうやら実姉近親相姦モノのエロゲーが大抵抜きゲーだから、その辺は仕方ない

日本語が下手なのは相変わらずだからあんまり気にしない

ITHVNR is smart and knows how PPSSPP works internally. That's the only reason it works at all. Hook any text is for things that aren't understood internally by normal texthookers.

Couldn't get it to work with ITHVNR, did I do something wrong?

Might just not be finding a good hook for the game you're trying. Hooking emulators is relatively new shit, I used to, and still have some scripts in photoshop to rip the text from screen shots, and put it on a better contrasting background so I could use kanjitomo which was a real pain. So be grateful? I don't know, but it might be that you need a different hook, or it might be that it just doesn't work for the game you're trying.
