Hi guys, I wanted to bounce off a few ideas I had for memeing division within the Democratic party.
1) An user recently had the idea of sowing the dissension within the party by memeing that whites should be forced from the party, and that the party instead should be devoted solely to people of color. That user posted a some memes (see left, and below) but we needed something more print friendly. Overall, I could see the idea taking off, though.
2) In a similar vein, I think dissension could also be sown via abortion. White liberals are one of the greatest promoters of abortion rights, yet the greatest consumers of abortion tend to be blacks. Why are white liberals trying to commit black genocide? Why do they hate PoC?
3) Race and sexual reassignment surgery. Whites generally are wealthier than blacks/latinos. Blacks and latinos are more likely than whites to be trans. So despite being more likely to be trans, they also are less likely to be able to access sexual reassignment surgery. Whites that transition are literally flaunting their white privilege at the rest of the trans community. This is NOT ok.
4) Lastly, but unrelated: an user recently reminded me of an idea we had last summer for baiting gangs over Facebook. Never took off due to lack of collective attention span. Just want to remind everyone of the idea though, since I think it could be fun.
