Considering I've seen more anime movies this year than TV anime I'd say Koe no Katachi.

Mob Psycho hands down and by a landslide. I've enjoyed quite a few anime this year but nothing came quite close to the fun I had watching this one. It also helped that I felt like watching all my favorite shounen manga combined into one super well-animated and directed series with a killer soundtrack.
Even got me to read the mango right after episode 3 aired, and if a season 2 gets greenlit with the same staff present, it's gonna be the easiest 10/10 I've given in a while.
Rakugo deserves an HM for its excellence, and JoJo for being absolutely gureito in its last third. HQ!! S2 would be there too if it were a 2016 series, and S3 is going great so far.
FliFla is aight too but I don't see it getting that much better than it already is since its appeal was never in its plot for me, and frankly the last episode was kindof a miss for me, despite the mecha references and the sakuga. We'll see.

Flip Flappers have lost its chance already, there are 4 episodes left and nothing interesting or relevant has happened, the only way it could get any good is if it gets an SPECTACULAR ending, like, the Eva of Madoka of endings, but I already lost my hopes for that to happen, they will throw more random shit and then give an "explanation" in the last episode to make you feel it had some meaning, but we'll see.
