Use of local and regional food, water, and ice sources without

of the entire force within 24 to 48 hours. `

o Make sure all food, especially meat, is thoroughly cooked and
served hot. Avoid salads or raw foods of any kind. Fresh fruit is

very high risk of disease if not pasteurized.

It's actually fairly easy to get roundworms, even in the first world. All it takes is forgetting to wash your hands after visiting a park, that's literally it. Bit of soil on your hands, gets in your mouth, you're infected. The eggs last for months or even years after being deposited in soil, and survive extremes in temperature. Helminths are a marvel of evolution, really.

This is true in that the end-goal of Juche is the establishment of socialism but it's "socialism in our system" and totally divorced from Marxist-Leninism. Juche even rejects that material forces have been the driver of dialectical history and is a man-focused system. But you're right that, ironically, abandoning communism is what has led to NK's success - thus making NK actually a case against communism in more ways than just being another totalitarian shithole.
