Fired with what? The % of gun ownership in Ukrainian among citizens is incredibly low. Only now are political parties like National Corps advocating for gun ownership rights. Did some have rifles? Yeah probably, some shitty .22LR who hadn't been properly taught how to shoot and aim, hitting their own in the process. You have to remember that as planned and calculated as this was from the new ruling Poroshenko government who took over, the people on the ground thought that again they were taking back their country, running on national pride and adrenaline, leading to poor execution.

I understand why you would think this, when this happened the media spun it as EU vs Moscow, neither of which benefits Ukraine. The far right political parties like National Corps don't want Ukraine in the EU, NATO, or under Moscow influence. I really don't understand why anons on this board have a vile hatred for Ukraine. For a board that glorifies right wing movements like German National Socialism but hates Ukrainian Nationalists. I'm from Western Ukraine, Lutsk to be exact, my family and friends were always called Bandera's where ever we would go, ppl hated our Oblast of Volyn because we aligned with the Nazis in the Galicia Division, same as Lviv, Rivne, then started the UPA upon their defeat. There are true patriots within that country, hard working people who want to be free from Jewish manipulation and financial burdening like the IMF did following Maidan. Even the American media paints everyone and everything that doesn't support Poroshenko as Nazis. Because the reality is no one voted for that faggot, no one wanted him as president or Timoshenko, or Klitschko. I watched as my country of birth was ripped apart by CIA controlled shills who then turned and imprisoned right wing leaders or outright murdered them in cold blood like Sasha Beliy, Right Sektor leader, killed while handcuffed and thrown into a river bank. But these same right wing movements like Azov Battalion were the ones who saved that country from complete take over by Russian separatists. Then they were removed from the frontline during the ceasefire talks specifically at the request of Putin, who's "volunteers" were getting their asses handed to them by former soccer hooligans turned soldiers not just from Ukraine but nationalists who joined from Poland, Belarus, even Chechen.
