Alright so in the last two months I made the following changes to my life: 1) Started going to the gym three times a week, doing weightlifting 2) Keeping track of what I eat through a special app, calculating the calories and nutritions. Currently consuming on average about 1600 calories per day, coming from about 170 grams of carbs, 100 grams of protein and 50 grams of fats per day. Still working on reducing the amount of carbs I consume. 3) Have become a little more efficient when studying (I'm in my master's), it became slightly easier to motivate myself 4) Trying to figure out ways to increase testosterone production. Followed some advice found on google, now eating fresh garlic every day and taking vitamins lol
Still need to work on this: 1) Quitting smoking. Won't be too hard, but I'm afraid it will fuck up my diet. 2) Quitting Red Bull addiction. Went from two large cans a day to one medium can already. 3) I have to find a way to make myself more disciplined, to be able to get myself to study even when I'm bored or being distracted by my friends texting me all the time.
Go to gym 5 days a week instead. Do heavy compound lifts fullbody. Bro science is retarded and for steroid users.
