This will never happen, even if that's the plan (Richard von Coudenhove-Kalergi had similar visions), since all people living in the West start to have lower birth rates, this includes any sort of immigrant, refugee or mixed offspring. The need for immigration from the third world is thus constant, and will ultimately end in the total replacement of the natives (whites) and any mixed offspring, up to the point where it's only native Africans/Arabs replacing native Africans/Arabs with lower birth rates. It remains to be seen if one of these demographics will become more predominant (Africa seems to be on that way) and also replace the other, or if there will be somewhat equal influx from both regions that a small mixed population between them could be always present.
