Glad she finally got a power, though I did wish her bro would have stuck around longer

Jolico a cute.

next chapter must be gilthunder and his psycho fan, vivian.
screen cap this

Will they ever explain how she stopped ban's wounds from healing?

Who do you think is going to voice Escanor in the anime? I always imagine him with Sugita's voice.

youtube.com/watch?v=9V1AEvN8VZs

Daisuke Ono IMO, his Jotaro voice would be a perfect fit.

About Jericho, the only way she can be useful is if she learns how to freeze time like Esdease from AGK.

I guess her demon blood power was different from her actual power. Her personality has changed, so it makes sense she wouldn't have the same power.

The issue is that the VA has to be able to do the wimpy comedic relief night-Escanor as well as the arrogant bantmaster daytime-Escanor. Ono might be a good match for the bantmaster but not necessarily the wimp.

Or you know, he just get two different VA. Day and Night Escanor are far too different to get one VA on it.

>even get weekly chapters during the hiatus
Nice

Wait I haven't caught up since Merlin just came back
Jericho's brother is fucking dead?

Yeah. Denzel, too.

>next chapter must be gilthunder and his psycho fan, vivian.
It's about the Sins.

Poor Griamor.Even Jericho got better gains from this mess.

Griamor's power is already pretty fucking hax for a human given that he can lock a fucking great holy knight in his barrier

I wonder what Nakaba is planning to do with all these side characters. There are quite a few likable ones that were at least somewhat relevant in the first arc but have been completely sidelined in this one. The power gap between them and the Sins just keeps getting wider. Why even bother developing them if the best they'll be able to do is fight some goddess mooks?

Because a character isn't only about its powerlevel.

In general that's correct but this is a battle shonen we're talking about. Plot involvement is almost always in some way related to fighting ability and character development is often directly tied to powerups. This very chapter is a pretty good example of that. The reason we got to see Jericho dealing with her loss was so she could develop a new ability.

Griamor got a kiss, slept int he same bed as from his beloved princess and didn't lose his dad. Not to mention he's still stronger than Jericho.
Really not complicated. They are here to fight fodder demons and stuff. Sins will take the coms and the Demon King also Why would you want them to beat the strongest ones?

He can do a wimpy voice, his Oingo voice for example.

youtube.com/watch?v=LnLDF0R8SIw

It's not, there are some VAs that can pull it off.
And when it's done right by a single person, it'll feel like it's still the same person even though his forme changes.

Seriously?
Just like that?
I am sorry but that was cheap.

I need to get back on this series before it gets too long to try.

I have no problem with Jericho getting some powers, she deserves it.
But the fact that she gets exactly the same power as her brother kind of bothers me, it seems so lazy.

Something something her brother's spirit is with her. Or her mentality of accepting her brother made her gain a power that's unique to her family.

I don't want them to beat the strongest ones I just want them to actually be of use. Would be pretty lame to see all the Liones holy knights take on a single lance corporal goddess while the Sins each mow down hundreds. I like the occasional situations in which weaker characters get to be of use, like Jericho carrying Elaine and Ban away from Galan, but those situations are a rarity among the ones where the side characters are beyond useless, like the recent invasion of Liones.

Yeah, I thought that Nakaba would bring back the whole thing about Jericho attacks working agaisnt Ban back in the first arcs.

They will team up and fight, red, gray, blue demons. Sins will do the rest, easy.

Can you beta faggots give me a rundown on this
Pretty please with sprinkles on top

fuck off

Probably time freeze power.

That's why previous chapters were shorter. He needed to do these on the side.

The summary on MH had some crazy Ban/Elaine thing at the start, where'd it go?

you've gone this far in the series and THAT is the thing that makes you cry "cheap"?

She was always close to developing her power and Merlin told that emotions can give you a boost.

>The summary on MH had some crazy Ban/Elaine thing at the start
There was nothing like this.

NnT product advertisement

Due to his living, Ban shaves his hair, becomes a monk and goes out to do some begging for alms.
Elaine: "I thought you'd do something like that!! I've prepared you the hair growth accelerating wakame!!"
[TN: Actually, the word wakame refers to either the seaweed or the sprouts, at least according to the dictionary, so I have no idea which one is represented in the ad. Blame the katakana. Perhaps the sprouts? Although the word usually refers to the seaweed.]
Harlequin: "What's with that idiot couple…"

Family extra chapter - What I want to tell you.

Jericho has lost her brother Gustav and vents her anger on the river water,
and awakes to her ice magic similar to her brother's.
End texts: "The young lady inherits his feelings and power, and will take the sword once again."
"The Seven Deadly Sins will appear in the next issue's side story! An unexpected project thought out by Suzuki-sensei will also be put into motion!"

>now she's a ice cold bitch

I find it sad that suffering unleashes her potential

It's literally an advertisement page. Those never get scanlated. This probably uses old art as well.

>Those never get scanlated.
Red Hawk scanlated them ;_;

No, they didn't. They scanlated proper collabo's like the one with the hair products. This is how advertisement pages look.

I see.
