Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage and the socialist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

The only thing is, negotiating dominance hierarchies would be immensely difficult and would require thousands of competent people with a true disposition towards leadership & self-sacrifice.
"Communism", however, is more so a baseless claim about human nature, the idea that if nobody has duties then everyone will still be decent, that human beings aren't inherently greedy, violent and cruel.
Without a strong nationalistic identity, a competent authoritarian state and highly self-reliant & high trust (read:white) demographics there cannot be socialism.
