I've recently met a few missionaries and sat through one of their church services and from what I've experienced even superficially: I'd never seen a more wholesome white community. In addition to my reading of the book of Mormon, which I'm about halfway through, I've noticed a few interesting concepts that may be sympathetic to some of your views.

But, there're a few caveats theologically that would run contrary to anyone who has accepted the Aristotelian conception of God as the Prime Mover, that're brought up with their concept of Exaltation (Achieving Godhood) in addition to Salvation. Which would require some of us to adopt a perpetuated descended hierarchy model. Plus the origin story is slightly dubious, but it possess the same standard of evidence as Jesus's resurrection so that may not be too big of an issue. Overall, besides some of the church's cuckery, I'm probably gonna convert since I already follow the majority of their codes, only thing stopping me is developing my faith in the Religion.
