It's still a long ways till Final but we can always speculate.
How do you think the OVAs will be broken down from part to part? Will it all be consistent or will we get some episodic scenes?
Also do you think the other schools will play as big a role in this or will they make more room from newer characters like Mika/Nishi and the new characters for all those delicious merchandise sales? I still really want some new Katyusha damn it.

To answer both questions at once, I think we'll have it split into arcs.
Start with the standard introduction semi-SoL arc for the intro, that begins to introduce the main storyline. Then from the second to fourth OVA have it in arcs dedicated to two schools co-operation with each other at a time, saving the newer schools (if any) for the fifth, capping it off nicely with a good finale where everyone rallies together for the final push, mainly focusing on Ōarai.
Through all those prior arcs you'll of course have small glimpses to the Ōarai team's operations, as they're still the main school after all!
I wouldn't mind some brief little intermission spots like the Miho/Maho flashback we had in der film. But I'd have them at the start of each OVA with the begging of the next school's 'arc', once the action starts I think it's super great when it goes interrupted until the match/episode is over. It was fantastic to watch in der Film, the non-stop combat was great, especially with that sound design!
That's what I hope for anyway and I'm more than willing to wait for it if it means it'll be as good as der film was.

I don't know if this has been discussed before but I only recently noticed something disturbing.
Most tank crews in GuP fall in one of the following two archetypes :
1/ All members of the crew have named characters with lines of dialogue, a well developped character design and their own personality (eg : all Ooarai crews or Keizoku)
2/ One member of the crew (usually the tank commander, though not always) has the aformentioned characteristics and the rest of the crew is made of nameless background characters with no dialogues and quite basic and generic design. They do, however, appear occasionally depending on camera angles inside the tank. Some of them have even been given nicknames by the fanbase (eg: Loader-chan)
Then there's Darjeeling's crew.
Darj' , Pekoe and Assam fall under the first category, but their driver doesn't. She's never mentioned by name, nor shown on screen, and her voice is never to be heard. She's never even acknowledged by the rest of the team, as if she was a second class crewmember.
This is quite disturbing given the usual friendly, civilized and well mannered style of St Glorianna's students.
That really sucks, even Arisa's crew is more detailed
