Okay, the way I see it is you allow your eternal self to take over. The problem is that you haven't integrated your ego and complexes first so that you kind of fracture your personality. Or in another way to consider it you experience eternity or at least an abscence of time (that being why they ask psychotics if they know which year it is). That's a very odd sensation for your ego which is rooted in time and space so "you" become disoriented and scared. There's also the issue of death or ceasing to be and you have to be ready for it. I don't know that court martialed is the right term, i think that only applies to active military, but military tribunals are definitely a viable option if/when the system of law and order has broken down, in cases of insurrection, etc. There are a large number of justices appointed by Trump waiting to be seated.
