Norio Wakamoto pretty much retired

>Norio Wakamoto pretty much retired
>Jouji Nakata seems to have taken his place, but he's bound to retire within the next 5 to 10 years as well

Who's next in line to take the mantle of "cool old man" voice?

Koyama Rikiya

He did the job of voicing Mozkus, who is pretty much for Wakamoto, very well.

How will I live in a world that does not have Jouji Nakata in everything?

so no return of golden super saiyan blue cell?

At least thanks to contractual obligations he is bound to get some lines in the next season of Gintama.

And who knows he might show up in the new Geass in a flashback involving Charles.

Read from somewhere that Wakamoto will reprise some of his old roles. He did with Vega/M Bison for SFV.

will he reprise Reuenthal?

Fumihiko Tachiki

the guy who voices Freeza

Rikiya Koyama.

Old man's seiyuu in IBO

Yes, but with his more dramatic voice.

>he still believes in the LOGH remake meme

A reminder that Wakamoto does narration show narration for 3DPD shows every week.

Tesshou Genda

Hayami Show

God his voice is pure sex. I can listen to his dialogues on loop for hours on end

I don't want Nakata to retire anytime soon. He's amazing in whatever he's in.

Blood lad season two any day now

I absolutely like that guy who voiced Kokonutsu's dad and sensei from Kokoro ga Sakebitagatterunda.
Never heard his voice before 2016, but he is truly god.

Satomi Arai.

>pretty much retired
>just because he doesn't voice shit in anime anymore

Actually came back from a week staying in Nippleland.

Wakakmoto was doing narration for a late night shopping show. The product was this roller contraption that reduces fat and removes stretchmarks.

It was fucking amazing. Wakamoto narrating and trying to sell you some mundane contraption is just magical.

Yeah, he still does Johnny for GG and the PM for Majikoi

>getting attached to character voice actors

Sugita can pretty much continue Wakamoto's legacy.

Sugita has the chance if he works more on other than simply comical roles.
Also the dude that voiced Producer in Im@s CG has potential, and he's like 17, so there's many years of him to come (if he stays in business).

One of, if not my complete favourite.

You bought it, right?

Didn't he take time off because he's ill?

Gintama holding the mantle I see.

>Never heard his voice before 2016
What kind of newfaggot are you?

>never heard Keiji Fujiwara before 2016

What kind of rock did you live under?

You can still find Norio as a sidechara/object like Nyaruko, or Dog Days, but it's pretty rare.
