The OAV that came out first was actually decent, but the TV series that followed was pure trash.

Sometimes I think Yamakan is a great director who only manages to came up with shitty projects.

It's probably one of the role models for all the other shows that are similar to it.

It's pretty decent. To be honest, I find Yamakan's work gets a much worse reputation than it deserves because he's such an obnoxious cunt. Even if he's a terrible person, he's far from being a terrible director.
