A lot of these cases fall between either socially inept villagers or rich entitled fucks who think they can do whatever without consequences. I'm not just referring to the picture but also cases where they try to take art pieces or defecate in public spaces.

Breaking news: words borrowed from other languages aren't used with the exact meaning or all the meanings they have in the original language.

"Chef" in English doesn't simply mean "Chief"
and "ﾋﾞｯﾁ" in Japanese doesn't always translates as "bitch".

Tibet is governed by the PRC, an it tries unsuccessfully to secede and gain independence.

The official name of the government in Taiwan is in fact not "Taiwan" but RoC "Republic of China". which is different from PRC "People republic of China" that we call "China".

RoC was basically the government that controlled the whole China before Mao and his communist party took over. The only place that RoC was able to still control in the end was the island of Taiwan.
