Rather than being forced into the male economy they should be taught differently (theologically and through laws and mores), the older women will help with the child-rearing rather than working in industry, and the women can focus more on relationships with their husband and children.
Also, men need to work less hours so that they can have better relationships with their kids. As it stands now, the kids are too involved with each other developing degenerate hierarchies and becoming machines of state thinking.
