London Mayor Sadiq Khan, a rising star in British politics, has demanded American president Donald Trump apologise to the British people for tweets promoting anti-Muslim hate group Britain First.
The Labour party firebrand declared that any official visit of the President to the UK will be rescinded unless President Trump immediately apologises for the spreading of Islamophobic videos.
Mr Khan slammed Trump’s tweets as a “betrayal of the special relationship” between Britain and America.
