Darker Than Black

Hey guys

I know we don't agree on things too often, but can we at least agree that Suou is the best DTB girl?

Yes.

No.

Is she from an ova ? Dtb s2 when ?

it happened, it was bad

Fuck no. Stop Making these threads.

Sure

Who? I don't remember this character from Darker than Black.

There's only one good red head in DtB and it sure isn't that one.

I'm surprised by how much I still love Yin.

Is it this one user?

best girl was amber. second best girl was that naked teleporter.

Great character design wasted on ruining DTB

Not nearly enough porn of her

Wrong.

Agreed, Yin a best.

>Is she from an ova?
OVA episodes only had Yin. The character OP posted was Mea from TLR.

>2016
>still getting DtB doujins
If only we got a new season

This. Also, DtB2 was good.

she needs more hmanga

Gorgonzola teased it in 2014 but i don't know why it was released a few days ago for c91.

Yin > Sou = Havoc > china slut = lesbian slut > bitches > *

>lesbian cyber ninja not tied for #1

Horrible. Take a lap.

>Taiwanese genderbended joule batman
>above Havoc
>on the same tier as bestest girl
I hope you find true love in 3D.

In terms of best bullying: havoc > yin > amber > nonexistent 2nd season girl

I'd contract her vagina pussy if you know what I'm saying

Rather than a season 3, I wish there were ovas/prequels about events like Heaven's War.

Its a mix between how they built up her character in the first season and the OVAs and then just abandoned her in the "second season". Still pisses me off to no avail.

Sorry but Yin is best girl

You seem to be mixing something up, this girl is not from DTB.

what the fuck happened with this series?

why did bones drop the ball after season 2? did this not do well in Japan? This show had such an intriguing plot and we will never know what the fuck was going on with hell & heaven's gate along with contractor powers and the "fake" sky.

I'm still mad to this day and although fapping to Yin helps ease the pain, I feel that DtB was wasted potential and cause of this I have always hated BONES

At least the first season was super solid but yeah it doesn't make season 2 not incomplete and not a giant misstep from what was set up in the OVAs.

Because the people who were creatively involved with S1 felt that the story was finished and had lost interest in the setting. S2 was a corporate move compelled through top-down pressure and the people responsible for the concept behind the show resented needing to append more to their completed project. This is also why Okada, a writer who's pedigree at the time suggested absolutely nothing towards being suited to handle this kind of series, was selected and given an unhealthy amount of creative influence.

S2 was designed by committee under the assumption that the brand power would be a success overseas and they only needed to focus on expanding their domestic appeal by attaching names to the project and structuring it more like what else was popular (CUTE GIRLS, MAHOU SHOUJO HENSHIN SEQUENCE w/ STOCK FOOTAGE, etc). This is what happens when the creative passion in a series dies.

Second season a shit.

I'm sorry, but in the entirety that was the 25 episodes of DtB, a character with that name did not ever appear.

Are you sure you are thinking of the right series?

I didn't think season two was that bad

>This is what happens when the creative passion in a series dies
It *wanted* to die.
They'd made a fucking great show.
There was no reason for more - it had concluded.

If anything I'd have wanted a prequel, which would have been fine since very obviously they knew the history of their own world.

there really should been more of police woman (an alternate universe ova where she won would be nice to)

>Because the people who were creatively involved with S1 felt that the story was finished
There's no way they thought this was true considering the massive amount of unanswered questions. Like what the fuck the Gates are.

It really isn't if you ignore all the non-Suou parts.

You can end a series on unanswered questions.
Not everything has to come together for the observer for a work to be complete.
