I had the same reaction. The first half isn't too much overt caricature of the right and a lot of valid points. The second half, could be my own bias, but they're somewhat valid points that don't do a lot to argue the first half. Technically speaking in terms of the rhythmic structure it was pretty good. Instead, he demonstrates that both sides can have a passionate discussion and still love each other as fellow countrymen and human beings at the end.
