Girl in bottom right panel is childhood friend who reciprocates feelings but was from other world and hiding in his world for ~10 years and then is forced to go back and marry some dude to save her world. MC follows her through and she instead chooses him to be her husband and hero of the world. They very quickly assert that their marriage/feelings are for real and its not political, but MC is one of those "I want everything to be perfect" kind of guys (and this is the part OP is some what justified as) and refuses to bone her until they go back to japan. Unfortunately, he has to go marry princesses from 4 other races for both the magic rings they hold that only work when pledged to their husband, and to unite the races against the demons or whatever. So the other princesses are somewhere between falling for him and wanting to do their civic duties to their countries while MC is trying to be adamant about only being in love with childhood friend/first wife.
That sounds retarded, the part about the rings and the whole husband shit that is. If the idea is to unite people against a common cause, the whole process sounds convoluted and there for drama.

It's garbage, absolute trash. The MC is so fucking beta male that when the first girl finally caved and decided to fuck him he started spouting some nonsense about "I want to take you back to Japan before we do it" and that was just the last straw.
The writing is awful, the MC is forced into a corner where NOT having sex with them is causing them all to suffer, but he can't actually have sex with them because it's not a hentai manga, so the vicious cycle will continue. The MC comes off as a complete asshole and you can't sympathize with him at all. The only way the story would be saved is if he manned the fuck up immediately and had sex with all of them, which will never happen.

The problem is that the author has created a world where, logically, even if the MC was solely devoted to the first girl, there is no reason for him not to be having sex. Yet he can't since this is suppose to be an ecchi manga with a bunch of virginal, yet ready for sex, girls for otaku's to waifu, and due to the authors shortcomings he can't even come up with a decent reason for this to happen.
The writer is essentially scared to death of breaking convention and taking risk and so the manga suffers immensely for it.
Lately I've noticed a lot of blueball manga come up with such terrible contrivances for the MC not fucking that it makes them look like tremendously bad, stupid people. Bad stupid gay gay people.

I think there's a general fear among ecchi mangaka that if they go out side of the box, having the relationships in their manga have any change or real development, then the otaku and teenagers that are the primary audiences of these things will decry them, their manga will lose popularity, and the magazine they work for will then drop them. So what we get is essentially every ecchi manga being the same thing with a milquetoast self-insert MC, surrounded by hot-women who to screw him due to inscrutable reasons or plot contrivance, and the MC refusing to do it with any of them due also to some inscrutable reason or plot contrivance.
It's incredibly boring, which is a shame since sometimes these ecchi manga have interesting premises that could be entertaining if handled correctly.
