Beyond the kkk chapter and the multiple nazi groups there are a few biker gangs that have pretty have racial undertones to them. They're constantly getting into shit with the local bloods, crips and other spic groups. Cops actually make less of an effort around here just cause they want the spics out of their hair. I even heard of cops letting the bikers go if they catch them in fights with them. But that's only in the more bleached areas. That won't really happen in Detroit or Dearborn
