She's already been on an extremely strict diet for the last 3 or 4 years due to a fungal infection she has in her ear. The diet along with some other treatments have made the infection a lot better but nothing seems to get rid of it. The diet, however, has absolutely no effect on her violent and insane behavior. My family has literally been trying to fix this cunt's brain for 30 years. Nothing works. Now that she's legally an adult she refuses any sort of mental treatment because she can't admit that there's anything wrong with her. If you even mention the word autism around her (even if you're not talking about her specifically) it always ends up in about 3 days of screaming and breaking things.
