I will take you seriously and assume you are an anarchist, but I want you to consider some of the flaws.
Anarchism will never be true because leaders always emerge whether formally or informally. Leaders will be decided by:
>Physical strength or intimidation
>Manipulation
>success/mimicry
Additionally, anarchy by definition would last a structure and therefore does not have a way to deal with every day problems.

How would the community deal with an unpopular verdict? What laws would be in place to prevent mob justice and necklacing like in rural africa?

What if farmers refuse to rotate crops? What if a statue or park is damaged someone.

This is the main reason why anarchy has not lasted. Any Anarchist society has not lasted more than about 50 years, either the land they occupy is devoid of any natural resources or the land is sought after by a more powerful nation. With no army they are easily taken over.

You're right that they don't tend to last long. Typically they're ironically highly militarised since they arise in the gaps during a conflict (e.g. Revolutionary Catalonia, Makhnovian Ukraine, Rojava, Zapatistas etc.).
The former two situations they were basically slaughtered by authoritarian communists. The latter two are still around because they're too well-armed for a nearby government to have the wherewithal/ be bothered enough to annex them

not all hierarchy is bad. it's the structurally and violently enforces hierarchy that's bad because it stifles the meritocracy that should be inherent to human interaction.Justice would be done in a way that satisfies the needs of the particular community. Direct democracy would likely be involved to the greatest extent feasible so an unpopular verdict would be an oxy-moron. Most anarchists reject a rigid adherence to "rule of law" anyways so a problematic verdict would likely be revoked somehow. There will always be retards and antisocial fucks in any given population or society. The idea that the state serves as an effective deterrent to this shit is probably false, and certainly doesn't make up for all of the bullshit the state does.
