the key is to remind people of constant failure within the establishment while simultaneuosly but seperately spreading the word about NP as an alternative. combining the two will come across as obnoxious but running both in parallel should let people come to their own conclusion without driving anyone away. How do you facilitate people who believe that their culture is inferior to a culture that is arriving. There is no middle ground, there is no harmonious integration, their culture will be destroyed or ours will. Those of our culture who facilitate this can't be worked with, in my mind there is no way.
I've toyed with the idea of removing suffrage for individuals and simply moving it back to one vote per family to ensure long term thinking on the part of the electorate but that would be a very tough sell without a national calamity.

Ireland should take a very good look at what has happened all over England, Wales, and Scotland, and make damned sure the same thing cannot happen to any county on the Island. Take no risks at all.
