Try to avoid being an echo chamber and covering topics that people generally have a consensus on. Basically everyone already thinks Colbert is washed up at this point, including lefties. There are a lot of YT personalities I respect, but I barely watch their videos because I already know they aren't going to tell me anything new or be that interesting because I already agree with them. With your video here, I didn't really want to watch it because I already think Colbert is a complete joke and there isn't much reason for me to listen to someone telling me what I already know for 10 minutes.
Also decide what exactly you want the channel to be, a niche channel gravitating towards certain content/events, or a styxhexenhammer-esque variety channel where you cover everything.
I see you are using the fascist flag, if you are knowledgeable and well spoken on the issue, that's a topic that has very little strong representation on YT.

What was the topic?
Here are some suggestions for you:
1. Play off your unassuming voice. Don't try to seem tough or like you know it all. You could actually help normalize our ideas if you make an attempt to seem non-threatening and don't try to hide your perceived weakness. My dad was a car salesman for 50 years and he always achieved top gross. He's 5'6" and really nasally. People saw him as non-threatening and were more likely to trust him when he told them about good deals.
2. Pick a topic and focus on it. Specialize in WW1 and WW2 history, like how YouTube channels such as Skallagrim and Lindybeige focus mainly on medieval history. If you build up enough of a reputation people will actually begin seeing you as an authority on the topics you're discussing instead of just someone with a cursory interest.
3. Up your production value. The scrolling text opening was really boring and probably turned 90% of people off your video right away. It's amateur. Watch lessons on how to enunciate properly on YouTube, also watch lessons on how to edit properly. You can torrent Sony Vegas or something like that to edit your vids as it's clear you're just using WMM now. Also, buy a good recording set-up. There's a bundle that's actually pretty cheap called Focusrite Scarlett Compact Interface Package (look it up on Amazon). It includes a shock-mount, pop-filter and audio interface. Production value is really important if you want to stand out among the sea of normalfags doing the exact same shit you're doing.
You sound terrible, but that could be a result of your microphone. Honestly sounds like you're 15 years old though, I can hear that young vocal fry at times, bit of a lisp at others.
Also there are about a million shitty youtube channels like this, you aren't a woman so you aren't going to get any attention from regurgitating opinions like this. Make some genuine original content if you want to succeed

I think you should try to mimic the way John "Cuck" Green talks. Obviously, don't be chipper or anything when you're talking about the holocoast but don't go about insulting groups you dislike. It may seem tempting to pander to the Sup Forums demographic by raving against kikes but that's going to make people hate you. How did you get the high audio quality??
Not really. Aside from finding a place that has zero echo. A closet you can pad up or something. Also I use audacity. And it has a noise removal feature. Try that. But you should look into a better mic. Cad u37 is a plug and play. Around 50 bucks. Its the mic I started on.
I do audio books and voice over. Not recently. What you hear is an audiotechna mic and presonus amp in a sound room. That was my last setup. Use an shure sm7b now

I'd make videos that deal with topics quickly but are still well researched. If you want subscribers fast, attack bigger YouTubers, but actually refute what they say instead of just spouting bullshit for subs. That's what The Alternative Hypothesis is doing and it's been successful for him. People don't want videos that are 40+ minutes and are difficult to understand. You need to find a sort of equilibrium between making a video that explains things well and is hard to refute but isn't too long. Once you develop a decent subscriber base of at least 5,000 people, it might be nice to make a weekly or monthly video series like Sargon of Akkad's "This Week in Stupid" or something.
