Lmao, he didn't follow training, that's why he got fired immediately after the murder. The only reason he beat it in court is because the judge told the jury to acquit him. I was in court for the entire case. And after I watched the judge tell the jury to aquit him, I tried to research why the judge cares so much about setting this guy free, and apparently the cop's father is some well known guy in my local area with a lot of connects. He's the one that got his son a job in the first place.

The difference in these cases is in one the jury was allowed to see the full video and in the other the jury was shown a body can video with the shooting edited out, so basically the video was meaningless. The jury was able to see the whole video, it was only blocked to the public. But that's not the issue. The issue was the judge's instructions to the jury. I can't remember word for word, but he basically told them to aquit the cop of all charges. And I remember thinking "what's the point of a jury if the judge is telling them what to do".
