Hey Sup Forums
I just finished catching up with the Jojo TV show. I've not read the manga at all. Would I be missing anything important if I went straight from the series to the manga, right where it left off?
Hey Sup Forums

No. The anime did a good job adapting the manga.
No. Just go read Part 5 and you will be fine.
Be warned the series only gets worse.
Oi. Part 5 is objectively better than 4. 4 is literally the worst part.
It's amazing how Part 4 is the worst part with best villain and boy.
s h i t taste
part 4 is top 3 easily
jotaro dies
Top 3 is objectively 7>5>4
giorno dies
everybody dies
I was in your position but decided to start from part 1 with the manga. Not even to part 3 yet, but I'd only say it's worth it if you want to experience the early parts again. Part 1 was a struggle to get through at times in manga form.
Really? I had a great time reading Part 1, you just have to take it nice and slow, it's not your usual battle manga pace.
Read 5-8, come back later to read 1-4.
Remember to read b/w
It's the art style combined with the panels being all over the place sometimes.
>Remember to read b/w
As in, not the colored scans
I know. But what's wrong with them aside from the beginning of SBR?
You mean better. Parts 5, 6, 7, and 8 are all great and better than 1-3 in a lot of ways..
nope you wouldnt lose anything
there are a few scenes that were lost in the adaptation, but nothing too major
They butcher designs, shading in general, get thing straight wrong and are an all around eyesore.
It's a manga for the love of god, it's supposed to be b/w, the artist draws around the concept that color is not a factor.
No wonder this community is so shitty
That's not how MiH works if that's what you meant
Imagine having this shit taste
