Fairly open, although not to the full extent. I openly say degrading things about Jews, Mexicans, Muslims, and Blacks at work. (It's nice working for a small business with no HR and all white employees.)
I sometimes drop redpills on various subjects to my boss, framing it as "I read this online, crazy right? But there is some truth to it, I guess..."

I am self-employed, so this is no significant matter for me, although I have to keep things off of social media more than before. Up until recently, when I graduated college, I was pretty open about my views personally and on social media, except publicly at college, I would keep quiet and only converse about politics in depth with fellow Republicans. The Democrats wouldn't understand or empathize, more than likely, so I would have been met with scorn. About the most challenging positions to the Democrats I think I openly exposed myself with concerned Obama's Iran nuclear deal, and my support of Israel as a primarily Jewish ethnic nation.

I love to talk politics in real life, though I'm not as inflammatory as some people on here. An independent, right-protecting, libertarian Dixie might sound a little strange, but that's the full extent of it, really.
I'm mostly honest, but i know how to word it and my circles are very selected. To strangers i use different technices (maieutics etc.) and help them to get rid of navie views, if they are somewhat intellegent or infulential. If they asked me about my political opinion i replay that it depends and i want to give my Position only to certian iusses, because otherwise misunderstanding happens to often. If the asked me about the individual issue i mimic their body language and use their political standpoints as premises to my point (AFD can likley thank me for 40-50 votes).

This weekend I was at a gathering where there was wine at noon, and I didn't eat enough food. I drank a little too much and I forgot to self-censor. I said "jews" control the government, instead of "israelis". I said that "diversity" was code for "anti-white". I said that cities go out of their way to put useless minority bisexual women as the chiefs of police, even though they are quite useless. I normally am more reserved and subtle when I am not drunk. (I normally don't drink too much. My dad just died. This was actually at the get together following his funeral.)
I drive around Ann Arbor with a big fucking Trump sticker on my bumper. I've never hide or censor anything I say. Nothing bad every happens, except for maybe mysterious nails in my tires sometimes.
I'm sort of where you were right now. College has really been a matter of holding back most of my political beliefs except when I'm at my college conservatives club. Even they are bluepilled though, but when they disagree with me, they don't throw a tantrum and will allow me to voice my view.

I live in the backwoods of West Virginia so I have no problem getting along with most normies. However there are times that I'm around leftists and I know when to keep my mouth closed. Most of the time there's no point even trying to convince them because they're so smug and sure of themselves that it's an exercise in futility. Yeah! I meet fellow NatSocs probably at the rate of about 1 per year. Usually new coworkers. But I've had strangers buy my dinners and thank me for openly discussing illegal immigration or nationalism when they overheard a convo with friends.
Very rarely are people awake to the JQ or the holohoax but I've redpilled a lot of people by being open.
