I have found reading old history helps with that. Find some books and read up on what your people have achieved throughout their history.

Ive been down that road before but we have never in history faced the onslaught we are right now, every facet of modern technology is being levered against the population and its only going in one direction.
All is far from lost of course, for now my country is being spared cultural enrichment but the enemy has trillions of dollars, armies, the whole of the media under control, the minds of most young people, full control over the finances of everyone. Even for people looking to stand alone they have given us the tools to escape and ignore it all (vidya, drugs, cheap fast food), its all so tempting. People not looking to give up on society struggle to get well paying jobs to buy their freedom.
Fuck I'm pessimistic and I'm in a 99% country where the fucking government WANTS us to buy guns, I just see whats coming down the road.

I need inspiration bad.

Studied a bit in my spare time, consistently improving at the gym but besides that a slow day.

Sup Forums help me I have little motivation to work and tasks that should take a minute take me 30 mins or an hour and I often put things off please shit on me and tell me how to get some discipline

Have you tried getting into running or at least walking a few times a week? It does wonders for your mood and motivation in general.

Ive tried to depend on motivation a fuckton of time and it just doesnt work reliably

try to see yourself like the player character in a video game. an alternative way to describe it is a "super consciousness". you dont want to do something? you feel like shit, low energy? you just wanna procrastinate and waste your time? that's okay. you do what you should do anyway. you 'detach' yourself from your body and just focus on controlling your body

it works surprisingly well for me. when I feel like shit and am dead tired and don't wanna go to the gym after a long day I dont try to energize myself or change how I feel. I just accept and ignore it and go anyway. and you will be surprised how well things will turn out. men perform best when under stress

Entrepreneurship - making phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments etc. And also smaller stuff like getting a car wash or cleaning my bathroom I just have little motivation

Do you keep an honest to god to-do list yet user? It's helped me immensely. Just write down the things you need to accomplish for the day and at night go through and mark what you completed and what you failed. Specifically write "FAILED" next to the things you didn't do. Over time that will aggravate you while seeing "COMPLETED" next to the things you accomplished will give you warm fuzzy feelings. This creates a system of incentives, however trivial, that will spurn you to greater achievement. Or at least it did for me and I hope it does for you.

I hurt my knee really badly, I'm at physical therapy for it and have gotten back into lifting at least 4 times per week

Today I'm going to go to the grocery to buy food for two white kids I raise to continue our future.
Then I will do 200 push ups and some lifts after dinner.

You don't need to do weightlifting. Just do physical labor as a hobby if you don't do it to make money. Doesn't matter what type.

Also, move out of digusting cities with polluted atmosphere and live on the countryside.

Can confirm this works. I would add that you should have a daily throwaway to do list and also one long term life goals to do list that you occasionally update.

Completed a week of nofap. Been difficult but awesome and refreshing and doing that much better at work. Triggers come and go but I'm stuck to my vow of total hardmode/monk mode. Feels good man and I feel masculine and confident as fuck.

I talked to a military recruiter. He was hesitant due to my age (32) but after he saw my ASVAB scores he said that if I could get off of my anxiety meds for a year and lose ~100 lbs (I'm like 270) then he would get me in.

So my first step is to quit smoking. No way I'll be able to run without doing that. Haven't had a cigarette in two weeks, feeling like shit, but happy that I'm sticking to it. Any advice on where to go from there? Obviously dietary changes are in order too, I mean beyond that.

I'm 6'2 160 lbs so I know about being skinny, lol just don't eat too much and healthy things can be tasty too, like fruit smoothies in the morning. Peanut butter and apple is a go to snack for me. If you operate at a caloric deficit you will lose weight.

As obvious as this might sound, google every single fucking thing related to your diet. It seems like a lot of info to take in at first, but I got used to it in a month or two. Now I can tell more or less if I've had too much/too little calories and what is good for me just with a quick glance. Also something I should have realised sooner is that you should stay in starvation mode as much as possible, yet still get enough nutrients. Thats why eating in 9-12 hour windows is a great idea. Also how did you stop smoking? My record so far is 2 days.

I honestly don't eat a whole lot, two fried eggs with whole grain toast in the morning, some sort of meat veggie and rice stir fry for lunch, and whatever my wife makes me for dinner, I usually eat about the same serving size as my kids. I really, really hate fruit though.

I'm writing a book that will teach a lot of people something difficult the easy way. I am thus promptly returning to the aforementioned. I also realized today that female fictional characters who present a heartwarming image and make you want a girl like that for yourself are completely unrealistic. If you smoke pot, I recommend getting high as a kite on it ALONE and ruminate a little. You just have to be careful to not overdo it and turn it into a habit.
