Is there an anime/manga series out there where the leader of a villainous group ISN'T the strongest guy in it? Seriously, it happens every single time.

Chrollo isn't the strongest though. He's a master strategist.

CP9

Enies Lobby arc in One Piece.

Red Ribbon Army

But it makes sense that the strongest is the leader. If we are talking about evil villains, the only way you can keep together is by force or fear. A weak leader would die fast.

>Chrollo isn't the strongest though.
Yes, he is.

Isn't Shishio weaker than Soujiro?

Yeah, but Soujiro had no willpower, or agency as a human which made Shishiou more dangerous. Shishiou only really lost to the clock, and he never fought fair.

He hasn't been killed by Hisoka yet because he has 11 faggots lending him their powers.

>TVTropes
>neck yourself, faggot

Yeah, yeah, I know.

Hisoka is a retard, that's why he can't kill Chrollo.

hello ///reddit\\\

>Hisocucks STILL salty

>le reddit boogeyman maymay xDD

But I'm a Chrollocuck.

>Leader of the antagonists is actually a good guy and he's also the weakest

Rosen Ritters were much stronger than Yang

Yammy was apparently the strongest Espada member going from rank 10 to 0 once he transformed.
BUT WE'LL NEVER REALLY KNOW SINCE HIS FIGHT GOT SKIPPED.
FUCKING KUBO

>gets beaten by a girl in arm wrestling contest
>strongest

If there is anyone that could read Sojiro it would be Shishio seeing as he has observed Sojiro for years. He was pretty good at countering attacks like the zero gatotsu and the first stage of amakakeru as well, but even if he could counter whatever Sojiro attacked him with, he still has his time limit.

I know this is bait but

>Implying physicality is the only metric of power in a fantasy show

and his fight didn't matter because Hueco Mundo stopped mattering once Ichigo get out of there

>Master strategist
>gets captured by 4 kids who learned nen 3 months ago
>beat a guy who came hands in pocket after 1 year prep and borrowing your friends powers

>hisoka can't even beat a guy who got punked by some kids

Major in Hellsing

This is the only accurate post.

really makes you wonder how an extremist group of militant nazi vampires were willing to be subordinate to some fat otaku cuck who couldn't even shoot straight

I guess charisma and force of will can get you far

Nen doesn't work like that. Uvo was physically the strongest. The rest have abilities that can be more useful than Chrollo's depending on the situation.

He is the most skilled overall but you do realize that's how people become leaders in the first place, right? Of course it happens every time. If someone else is blatantly better than the leader, they'll undermine their authority.

>Implying he wouldn't have had he not tried to be Akagi

Is everyone ITT pretending Meruem doesn't exist or something?
