No disrespect to her, I don't really know much about her. During the entire talk however all she was doing was getting far too emotional and talking over people. She had no control over herself. One moment hysterically crying, the other gleefully laughing through her scientific explanations.

Not severely no. She was, as you put, odd but nothing too noticable unless you would spend a decent amount of time with her. She was diagnosed relatively late at the age of 17 and was a model. 9/10.
