And that's with trousers, a yukata is open below and is just a piece of cloth that doesn't fit to your legs so it shouldn't be as hot, I don't know what kind of fabric they use to make them but I'd guess slim, smooth stuff like silk and cheap derivatives so it should be relatively refreshing.
