For "normal" people they age like normal but die in their 60s. We don't know what other differences the "artificial" immortals that are created by mama have but their healing factor isn't as instantaneous as the "normal" crowd.

Baccano style is all your cells recombine into a healthy body. Such as your blood and detached limbs coming back to your body. The people in the weird world just spontaneously regenerate all their missing parts. In fact, their entire body returns to a healthy state, which is why they treat colds by killing themselves.

In fact, checking over it again, it's the normal immortals who resurrect Baccano style, since it's directly stated all their various bits flash back to the body. It just doesn't look like Baccano style.
