The art director for this show who will have been in charge of backgrounds has worked with Studio Bamboo a lot who do a lot PA Works shows. Worked on Uchouten Kazoku for example which I believe a lot of people praised for its backgrounds.

How true it is that all VA are basically young inexperienced and 3rd rate? It sounds pretty good to me.

Some VAs have experience, like Tsuchinoko, Toki, White Owl, and Fennec
