Just got through watching this, thought the choreography was pretty alright at points. What did you think of it Sup Forums?

Why did you post such a enormous image?

gimme rome
nao

pretty okay cgi. I hope this will usher an improve used of cg in anime.

>pretty ok cgi
you what faggot, show me some full cgi movie that looks better

Expelled from paradise trumps it in every aspect

BDs when?

pretty nice, HELLUVA lot better than fucking live-action

WEBMS WHERE?

It was an enjoyable re-visiting of the world with really nice visuals.
Nothing special story wise though

Reika looked good

...

Who else remembers following Gantz for years? Thanks to the movie and reading the manga again I can finally forgive the ending for its faults. The entire story still holds up with great moments, and any story with this much MC development is worthy of the time.

Also having the largest boner with so many cover pages of Reika left me in a good mood.

...

Sorry for the shit quality, first time making webms

mind posting them in /wsg/ with sound? please

Find me a thread. I don't wanna waste time looking for where I can post it

the anime thread is always there

better quality

there done now say thank you

thanks, pls do more

Why don't you just download the movie?

It really was amazing and I like how they changed the arc. Both the Manga version and this one were satisfying, though I think you can't fully enjoy the movie if you havent read the manga beforehand. There are a lot of small things and changes that you wouldn't notice otherwise. Still, would be really happy about a sequel/prequel movie.

Kingsglaive.
Gantz CGI is good, but then again even that Saint Seiya flick had CGI as good as this.

>reviving Anzu just as missions were getting harder and her team being wiped

Kato wanted his wife's son to grow up with a mother.

That CGI is amazing

I get why they wanted it to be more of a standalone story rather than a straight up adaptation of the manga. But damn if some great moments of the osaka arc were missing, like that kid who swears to Kato at the end to revive his waifu (and he did later) and the sex freaks. Overall the animation was pretty good for a CGI and solid coreography.

Was that "soundwave" an attack by the alien or the gantz player? I was confused by this scene.

Been waiting for the BD rip. Can't believe it still hasn't been ripped yet. I guess Gantz is pretty niche but not even one person?

Pretty sure it was the mech taking the attack it used earlier but it being ineffective.

It did actually look pretty good.

But, the dialogue was fucking idiot and the drama didn't make sense.

The idea is that they all die if they don't kill the monsters. Right? So they've got nothing to lose in trying to fight them. So why are so many of these idiots screaming "noo don't you'll dieeee", when our main character is already a dead man walking? They've done this more than him. They should know.

Is Kurono in it?

>The idea is that they all die if they don't kill the monsters. Right?
This idea wasn't in the manga. That's why it looked stupid in the movie. In the manga, if time runs out during a mission then they are all transported back to the room with all of their points depleted.

Its only out since 5 months

>Kingsglaive.

which part senpai?

Who is Sup Forums?

Ah, now that makes sense. I guess it also makes sense that the penalty would be death, to increase the stakes since this was a single movie.

mooot

Needed more tiddy monster

why didnt she run towards it? or idk sidestep?

ugghh your kind are the worst

Did the movie flop in Japan?

The last arc is definitely more tolerable when marathoning instead of waiting for single chapters during the serialization.

I think that they made the old man too much of a pussy, he is a lot more likeable in the manga

Supposedly failing to kill the target within the alloted time would mean you still live but you forfeit your unused points.
Starting that mission (in the manga) time limits stopped being a thing so killing the target really becomes the only choice.
Because of the new rules the stakes are no better than the movie version so your point actually still stands for even the source material.
Still a pretty realistic choice of action though.
Even without a choice surely no one normal would readily rush to their deaths.

So what's Reika's voice like ? Haven't seen the movie yet, patiently waiting for BD rips for maximum quality.

For some reason I always pictured she would be voiced by Ai Kayano or someone with the same type of voice.
Maybe I was influenced by pic related.
