The white parent will say things such as "I love my child as much as any other," but a person cannot love someone as much from a different race naturally, or collectively, and that child will be part of a culture alien to the white parent, and so will that grandchildren of said white parent, etc etc.

If you're looking for an explanation as to how it happened, or what specific mechanism led to the divergent evolution of hair colors and eye colors in European Caucasian populations there isn't one. We can state with a reasonable amount of confidence that skin lightening is to enhance vitamin D production in colder climates. Its possible that there may be some overlap in gene expression somewhere that over time turned into a full blown mutation. Its possible that neanderthal mixture provided a different set of variations from other Sapiens, and some expressions are a hybridization of two different genes IE green eyes with brown/hazel pigment still showing through.
Though even with something like skin tone we have a very extreme range. Some Europeans are actual bone white, others are grey, some have a soft pink undertone to their skin, some a slight orange/bronze. Some very light skinned people can still tan without burning, others burn very quickly, and develop freckles on thinner skin.

You could make that claim and try to discredit any sort of white identity, but this would be a totally superficial argument. The reality is that there are an equal number of variations among blacks, its just that these differences aren't as readily apparent to outsiders. In Africa for example Africans regard each other by what region they come from, at times even tribe, because their facial features are distinct enough to tell lineage apart. Yet you never hear anyone say "black doesn't even really exist."
When it comes to mixing of ethnic groups it isn't actually true that Caucasian genes are suppressed. This is actually perspective bias. We as white people see a mixed baby and think of them as half black. An African, or a Haitian, would look at them and see them as half white.
This perspective issue aside its also that case that some mixed children come out extremely light skinned, have typical Caucasian facial features and proportions, and even straight hair.
The idea of a mixed kid being less white is only relevant from the perspective of a white person. If you were Haitian you wouldn't see the kid as white who was more black, you'd see them as less black. Historically Haitians purged the entire country of mulattoes.

A black parent and a white parent don't give birth to a black child. They produce a mixed offspring, and while gene expression is a range that can lean one way or the other, it isn't totally one sided. Mulattoes are almost always lighter than their black parent. They have looser hair. Etc. Mixture is what happens, not blanket suppression.
