Mussolini and Mosley both had pretty interesting ideas, though I still think that if Mussolini was the advocate of Fascism it still wouldn't have worked too well. His war in Africa created quite a bit of an international clusterfuck. Mosley seems like he'd have been the most intelligent Fascist leader of the three, but he never even really got close to power so we will never know.
