I hated her the whole time as a character. She was loud, annoying and useless. She had no redeeming qualities. And while her fucked up childhood and failure to live up to what she wants to be, was interesting, i just couldnt care about her. Misato, Rei and Shinji had much more interesting character developments. So yeah, there was nothing likeable about her and i had no investment in her character because of that.
