Mecha design is great, and second season is going places but that's about it.

1st half was dragging, 2nd half is memeable tier.

It's more of mercenary army stepping into power struggle and getting into big shit, there are 2 masked dudes one in first season and one in second, they only fight on earth for like 8 episodes in total, and you should skip entire colony thing in first season.
