Aria's setting is top tier. The constant expository "look how great Neo-Venezia is! Did I tell you how great it is?!" all the time was grating though, I can tell for myself when a setting is comfy and NNB (and a lot of other series) do the show-don't-tell thing way better. Also Aria's mascot animal thing is cancer.
I assume that the Aria manga is a lot better though, I've only seen the first season of the anime.

NNB has character with actual three-dimensional characterization and it's atmospheric as fuck. NNB is the kind of show that reaches through the generations and can affect everyone in some way. None of those shows you mentioned will be remembered as anything other than memes.
