Oh also hung Saddam on national television and let the shiites cut his last words off by kicking him into the gallows early (kek)

bump

...

It was another episode Team America: World Police where we waste trillions of dollars on a war with no purpose.

The power vacuum caused by Hussein's death led directly to the formation of ISIS. Had the Iraqi army been led by Saddam, ISIS never would have been able to take so much ground.

...but we still won

I was 11 when we went to war in Afghanistan.
I was 21 when I was flying over southern Iraq in Helicopters.
I had fun and glad I did it but it was totally for the kikes. The US military in Iraq was such a fucking waste of tax dollars. This one fucking retard broke two $700,000 engines and didn't even get in trouble hahah.

>state's goal from day 1 is to find WMDs
>never found any WMDs
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

Well, for one, the Iraqi Government is led by Shia, and Iraq is now essentially a proxy of Iran. The Iraqi Shi’a militias are more powerful than most government forces...

Explain to me how in the shareblue fuck the Iraq war benefited Israel geopolitically
usnews.com/opinion/articles/2014/10/16/new-york-times-reports-wmd-found-in-iraq

>Puts Shiites into power making Iraq a vasle state of Iran
>This benefits Israel
Autism

No kys bootlicking faggot.

Was that it? Lol

>Iraqi civil war ends with ISIS expulsion in 2017
Yet an insurgency will linger within the country for countless years to come. The IED/Suicide bombings will continue, as will the raids on military checkpoints.

I'm not sure if the usurpation of a despot was a price worth paying.

usnews.com/opinion/articles/2014/10/16/new-york-times-reports-wmd-found-in-iraq

I don't really feel any sympathy towards these soldiers if they had really been exposed to CW as this article claims, as there are thousands of Iraqis that were exposed to depleted uranium and thus were poisoned by it, tainting posterity for many years to come.

A single mother is one of the mods, believe it or not. Her name is BEAM and she was the one behind the neofag fiasco on Sup Forums.

Didn't you lose a war to Emus?

?

>Explain to me how in the shareblue fuck the Iraq war benefited Israel geopolitically
They were supposed to install US puppet government in Iraq. They failed to take the fact that Shias are biggest demographic group in Iraq into account and that every Iraqi government that has something resembling democracy will be Iranian aligned to some degree.

When it comes to WMD's, all they found was some leftovers that were mostly expired. They actually gave gag orders to US soldiers that got exposed to occasional case of chlorine or mustard gas shell being used in IED's, usually without insurgents not even knowing what they were using.

It was a total and utter defeat. Why? Cause they botched 9/11. It was lost from the beginning.

>They were supposed to install US puppet government in Iraq
This happened almost immediately
>Failed to take into account the Shite majority
Literally counted on this actually, hense the purge of Sunni government employees of all levels
>WMD's
You do realize that Sadam didn't think we were going to stay (as we didn't in the first Gulf War) and he hid/ transfered a shit ton to Syria, and burred entire Jets for example in the desert?

...

youtube.com/watch?v=6iUq8V2-fD8

youtube.com/watch?v=eBw_aEOT2Dk

Are you implying I’m not nice?

That would cause so much hate. That's the main reason why ISIS was formed. Revenge

>This happened almost immediately
Yet, they failed to keep 'em in line.
>Literally counted on this actually, hense the purge of Sunni government employees of all levels
It isn't like they didn't deserve that, but that alienated entire sunni Minority immediately and kicked off the insurgency. Iraqi Sunnis deserve all kinds shit happening to them. Right now Yazidis seem to be handing out some revenge on certain Sunni tribes that massacred them when ISIS came.
>You do realize that Sadam didn't think we were going to stay (as we didn't in the first Gulf War) and he hid/ transfered a shit ton to Syria, and burred entire Jets for example in the desert?
Amount of WMD's found in Iraq were basically nothing compared to what they had before Gulf War. Something that fits into margin or error. They made a number on first time they found couple boxes of mustard gas grenades for mortars. Once they realized that Saddam didn't have active chemical weapons program, they started ignoring the few cases when those leftovers popped up, nothing is nicer from politicians that fucking over veterans with injuries from chemical weapons. Rumors that they transferred the weapons to Syria or Iran are bullshit coming from people with agenda, Iraqi defectors that . Both Iran and Syria were considered hostile by Saddam. The thing with Baathism is that in both Iraq and Syria the party is/was ran by minorities. In Syria by Christians, Alawites and Shias. Iraq by Sunnis and Christians for most parts. Iraq fought a bloody as hell war with Iran and Syria was part of coalition against Iraq in Gulf War.

Few jets in desert had nothing to do with weapons of mass destruction.

>war

we are not at war right now.

spreading freedom

>Yet you failed to keep em in liine
Strawman
>Muh feel
It's war, faggot
>WMD's (again)
You already posted that a lot of soldiers had gag orders. Gonna go out on a limb here and say it's because a lot of those weapons had barcodes on them tracing back to certain western countries....no shit, right?

The U.S is not in a war right now.

Saudis fly planes into the Twin Towers and we invade Iraq and Afghanistan. Tell me what country is between Iraq and Afghanistan.

Really activates the almonds.

Don't look at us. We backed the Shah of Iran, not the muslim fundies that took the region over and imposed shariah law.

Yes, because Iraq was all rainbows and sunsets under Sadam right? Fuck leaf posters are cringie; go fuck your dog or something you're like the Belgium of North America

the shaw was a brutal bootlicking dictator. the exact kind of person that makes middle easters hate you.
yeah like burma . how many did you save there today?
odd the us appears to be spreading the religious fundamentalism they say they hate.

Tell me what country was hosting Al Quaeda and Osama Bin Laden again...also, the Saudis had exiled him you absolute window licker

>Strawman
The fact that Iran gained influence in Iraq kinda makes whole war a failure in most ways.
>You already posted that a lot of soldiers had gag orders. Gonna go out on a limb here and say it's because a lot of those weapons had barcodes on them tracing back to certain western countries....no shit, right?
No. Gag orders are mostly due to fact that US military failed miserably in securing those few odd leftover chemical shells when they stumbled upon those first time around. They failed to identify them at first, then they left those unguarded and then insurgents stole some of those. Lot of high ranking officers and even more high ranking bureaucrats or politicians overseeing those high ranking officers would have had their careers ended.

Also the system has habit of fucking over veterans for just shits and giggles.

>Burma
You must have dislocated your shoulder reaching for that strawman, syrup kike

myanmar was too long

>Doesn't realize we have been playing the sunnis and shiites against each other forever
>Doesn't realize that they have been killing eachother forever
>Thinks if the US wasn't in the middle east, there would be peace. You know, like the peaceful middle east they have had since Islam started 1400 years ago
If you have a point, make it fingolian

What the fuck are you talking about, you autistic french canadian faggot? Myanmar has been in a civil war since like the 40's, how the fuck does this pertain to Iraq?

why didn't the us save them?
oh right, no oil

>implying economic imperialism isn’t a legitimate and worthy goal that’s been practiced for centuries

Al Qaida was hosted in Afghanistan by Taliban, before that they were based in Sudan. It took several hundred Tomahawks to convince Sudanese government to kick 'em out. Afghanistan War had legitimate cause. Iraq on other hand was Cheney's, Rumsfeld's, Rice's and Bush-the-lesser's quest of fill pockets of military and oil contractors that employed them during Clinton years. KBR, Halliburton and so on.

>If you have a point, make it fingolian
Some factions within US admins have that play them against each other agenda, some are legitimately so incompetent that they believe they can make difference in middle east.

Also. Higher ups in military don't really give a fuck if bunch of cavalry scouts get exposed to chemical weapons. Instead of trying to fix organizational issues, they prefer to protect their class mates from West Point and will gladly fuck bunch of specialists or lance corporals and have them fight for years to get disability benefits.

Myanmar has pretty decent oil reserves and it isn't even fully explored so there might be more as country has been under embargoes of various degrees for decades.

Dude say whatever the fuck you want about the US military (your's is a running joke among NATO anons anyways) , at least we didn't get our entire airborne disbanded and thrown out of Somalia for ass raping a teenager with a broom

>They failed to take the fact that Shias are biggest demographic group in Iraq

With all the think tanks within the Pentagon, I'm still in awe at this genuine lack of foresight.

...

It was supposed to. It accidentally didn't. This is because the bush administration were retards. Trump is even dumber

spotted the fox news clown. Turn that shit off you idiot.

Breaking news: Americans are idiots. George Bush wasn't even aware there were Sunni and Shiite Muslims.

Trillions of dollars and you can't even defeat afghan goat herders.

>Sometimes I think leftists just say shit when they have no arguement, like just say anything
HOW was the Iraq supposed to benefit Israel you absolute autist? MUH JEWS get some talking points or GTFO

>Osama dead
>Mullah Omar dead
>Per the text book counter insurgency manual, losses are well under 1-8 ratio
>Taliban holds no ground in Kabul or provincial capitals
>Colonize Afghanistan 15 years for heroin and rare earth minerals
LUL, u got beat by ghoat herders. Fuck off you convict caveman hybrid or chink

>Taliban holds no ground in Kabul or provincial capitals
They will take over the country within two or three years if NATO and US leave the country.
>Colonize Afghanistan 15 years for heroin and rare earth minerals
Mining business in the country has barely started to produce anything and once western powers leave the country, China and/or India are probably at best position to take over that business if the country stabilizes at any point.

Picture related, legal exports of Afghanistan.

>Mining buisness in the country has barely started to produce anything
You have no idea what you're talking about
. It is close to the Helmand River and 168 km southwest of Lashkargah. It has been identified by the USGS as the site of a deposit, called the Khanneshin carbonatite, of at least 1 million t of rare earth element ore.
earthmagazine.org/article/afghanistans-mineral-resources-laid-bare

Mineral wealth of Afghanistan has been well known since Soviet occupation of the country, they did pretty good job mapping it all out and western companies continued the mapping task from there. The thing is that setting up major mining operation usually takes decade or two and Afghanistan hasn't been stable enough for that to happen.
>It is close to the Helmand River and 168 km southwest of Lashkargah.
Literally in the most unstable part of the country.

Afghanistan's exports are mainly agricultural products.

>Yes, because Iraq was all rainbows and sunsets under Sadam right?
What ever life was like under Saddam pales in comparison to the near 5 million civilians killed by the US military and the destabilization of the region leading to groups like ISIS marauding killing even more
